During your session I will utilize and incorporate all the techniques that I have learned, studied, and practiced with the goal and intent of addressing your issues, problems, to help you get back to the point where you can relax and unwind.  I will incorporate and utilize the following techniques as needed during your massage therapy session:

• Trigger Point & Myofascial Therapy
• Muscle Energy Techniques
• Relaxing Massage
• Continuous Flow Massage (based on Esalen style massage.  This style uses long, integrated, three-dimensional, full-body strokes and rocking motion encourage the body to relax without forcing it).
• Sports Massage
• Deep Tissue Massage
• Pregnancy Massage
• Lymphatic Drainage Massage
• Stretching with Range of Motion as needed
• YoungLiving Essential Oils

Massage Therapy Rates for 2023:

30 minutes                               $55.00                             

1 hour                                      $75.00

1.5 hour                                   $110.00

Additional $20 for appointments after 6:00pm Mon-Fri.  

Additional $20 for appointments after 1:00pm on Saturdays.
